I think those ideas are great, especially Pinterest.
Most sales people are visual people, so they have trouble understanding what you want. Pictures would do a great deal of help. Or at least, they would in my case, if I was selling real estate.
However, what the real estate agent may be doing is showing you the properties that they have listed first, because that would qualify them for double commissions.
I know when I used to help set people up with investment properties before picture boards became a fad, I wanted my clients to buy what I was selling, not what they were interested in buying.
